Madonna has a bad news. Her face will no longer appear in leading fashion house Louis Vuitton. Younger models will soon replace him.
25-year model, Lara Stone was mentioned as a replacement 51-year old singer. As quoted from The Sun, Friday December 12th, Louis Vuitton wanted to change their models with the younger.
The most ironic part is, the decision was coming out from the Louis Vuitton creative director himself, the designer Marc Jacobs. Though Marc Jacobs has been known as a close friend of Madonna.
“After two seasons with the big stars (Madonna), Marc decided to ‘take a breather’ and work with the regular models,” said a source from Louis Vuitton.
The Queen of Pop had already become the face of Louis Vuitton last year. Face exists in the ads from the French fashion house’s.
But according to newspaper circulation, one of Louis Vuitton ads featuring Madonna at the Cafe Figaro of France was well liked. Was it the cause of Madonna as a model has been cut.
