In the early 1900’s, everyone used to where hats, children, women and men. As time went by, more and more people stopped wearing hats and focused on different styles and makeovers. More specifically, the 60’s and 70’s were known for upright pull up jeans and strap on t-shirts. The sixties welcomed bikini’s and short skirts, after the musical video from Beach Party. Hats come in all sorts of styles, colors and shapes. The more fancy ones were common for men, who used to run businesses. These hats are still around, but they are not frequently seen. Hats tend to give off a person age in some cases. You will not see a senior wearing a baseball cap, it is not common. However, they do on some occasions were them. Women, more on the younger side; will be seen wearing designer hats. Sporty women will like wearing caps and sports gear, but it does bring in a sense of fashion.

Older people are the ones who often wear hats and it does bring them out most of the time. In the past decade or so, many designers have created tons of various styles of hats. These hats are made from exclusive material and are known for its brand. Some people have hats that come accessorized with some extra things on them. Usually, flowers or beads will be attached to the hat to make a central attraction. Weddings have given hat designers an inspiration to put nets on them which cover the face. It is a really faint colored net, which allows one to see out, but not in (ie: not clearly). The latest fashion trend has people wearing hats with interchangeable accessories. If you do not want a flower on your hat, you can simply replace it with something else. People like doing this, in order to get their outfit to match their hat.

In today’s society, fashion eye year is just on the booming stick. It keeps growing enormously into the latest trendy fashion style boutiques. Mainly it is thanks to new designers and celebrities who create upscale designer eyewear. The days where you went to a regular eye glass store and picked out any sunglass is long gone. Now, it is required to pick out something that fits your style and something that is in the latest trends book. Frames are main focus of anyone’s eye wear, and now there are tons of designer frames to choose from. Your local optical store most likely will have a few. Don’t expect to see thousand dollar frames at your local eye wear store. Just walking down the street, you will notice dozens of people wearing glasses, but rarely do we think about the designer who perfected the frame.

However, sunglasses matter! They have been on a verge to the fashion show. Every fashion show will have sunglasses and they will be designer frames. Celebrities can not live without them, and you can tell my viewing all those paparazzi pictures. One celebrity who started the whole designer sunglasses trend was Tom Cruise. Some people say celebrities always tend to wear sunglasses to avoid a full facial picture by the paparazzi team. Designers have also given their products to celebrities for free, so that it gets some attention. When someone notices a specific celebrity wearing a “XYZ” sunglass, they will go out and buy it. Rappers have also set a gleaming trend in fashion, with their sunglasses. After the popular Kanye West music video, where he showcased the shutter glasses, it was available at almost every store. It caught up very fast, and the music video was used as a powerful marketing tool. Fashion eye wear will still live on for a long time to come.

The most famous celebrities and their shopping habits is nothing new to us. There are tons of paparazzi watching over celebrities and their shopping interests. These videos then get published on televisions and the internet, and people examine the lives of the famous and the rich. As you may know, one of the most exquisite things about the celebrity life style is their extravagant shopping sprees. Celebrity shopping does not stay within Hollywood, it spreads around the world. Many celebrities travel in order to shop for designer label products, in places such as London and Australia.

Celebrity shopping usually takes place in Hollywood, and more specifically Rodeo Drive. The street is not so large, but only extends about two or three blocks, and it has the most top notch boutiques and stores in the area. All the branded clothing companies such as Gucci, Coco Chanel, Valentino, Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren are located on this block. The region is not only setup for fashion and clothing, but for designer jewellery as well. Major jewellery stores such as Tiffany, are also located here. Another region for shopping is located right by Beverly Hills. Robertson Boulevard is the region which celebrities tend to go at when they do not want to be part of the Rodeo Drive chaos. The Beverly Hills region has many trendy stores and casual boutiques. Such famous celebrities like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Halle Berry and Britney Spears shop at the more famous Kitson Boutique in Beverly Hills. Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Love Hewitt have been seen shopping at Lisa Kline Boutiques, for both men and women.

The amount these people spend in a single shopping experience is unbelievable. Shopping at exclusive designer stores will cost up to a fortune! The famous playing star, Jennifer Tilly spent an amazing four hundred dollars each, on twelve pairs of shoes at Prada. At Cannes, Demi Moore spent just about fifteen grand on a Gucci shopping spree. Madonna and Elton John have spent large sums of money on shopping for Versace and Fendi at an average of forty-five thousands and one hundred thousands respectively.

Two Awards For Christopher Bailey on British Fashion Awards

British Fashion Awards which held recently at the Royal Courts of Justice, London, announced the names of three England trendsetter who received mode most anticipated award. They are Christopher Bailey for the Designer of the Year, Christopher Kane for BFC British Collection of the Year and Georgia May Jagger who received the Model of the Year.

The highest award for British fashion community which dedicated by British Fashion Council became the second award received by Bailey in the past two weeks. Previously, these Burberry creative director received a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by Queen Elizabeth for his contribution and promote the Burberry-old makes the labels more than two centuries as one of the best in the world.

In addition, Bailey which received the award for best designer, His product Burberrt was also awarded the trophy Designer Brand of the Year, beating other nominees of Mulberry and Pringle of Scotland. And to celebrate the victory, Burberry plans to return to perform Burberry Prorsum collection at London Fashion Week, next February.

“I am very grateful to the British Fashion Council for the two awards. For me, a great honor to work on this historic label,” said Bailey.

Best Model in 2009 fell into the hands of the daughter of rocker Mick Jagger, Georgia May Jagger, whose face graced Vogue magazine and advertising campaign spring and summer of 2010 for Hudson Jeans. John Galliano, who was unable to attend that evening, was awarded Outstanding Achievement in Fashion Design, thanks to tireless contributions in creating avant-garde fashion with Wearable packaging. While the British top model Kate Moss, that night came back with a trophy London 25 Award.
