Two Awards For Christopher Bailey on British Fashion Awards

British Fashion Awards which held recently at the Royal Courts of Justice, London, announced the names of three England trendsetter who received mode most  anticipated award. They are Christopher Bailey for the Designer of the Year, Christopher Kane for BFC British Collection of the Year and Georgia May Jagger who received the Model of the Year.

The highest award for British fashion community which dedicated by British Fashion Council became the second award received by Bailey in the past two weeks. Previously, these Burberry creative director received a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by Queen Elizabeth for his contribution and promote the Burberry-old makes the labels more than two centuries as one of the best in the world.

In addition, Bailey which received the award for best designer, His product Burberrt was also awarded the trophy Designer Brand of the Year, beating other nominees of Mulberry and Pringle of Scotland. And to celebrate the victory, Burberry plans to return to perform Burberry Prorsum collection at London Fashion Week, next February.

“I am very grateful to the British Fashion Council for the two awards. For me, a great honor to work on this historic label,” said Bailey.

Best Model in 2009 fell into the hands of the daughter of rocker Mick Jagger, Georgia May Jagger, whose face graced Vogue magazine and advertising campaign spring and summer of 2010 for Hudson Jeans. Georgia Jagger managed to beat two other nominees, namely Daisy Lowe and meteoric Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Happy face was also radiated from the young designer Holly Fulton and Peter Piloto who received Emerging Talent Awards from Swarovski for the accessories and ready-to-wear. Meanwhile, a special award Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator fell into the hands of American Vogue creative director Grace Coddington, who recently called off in the media thanks to his role in a documenter fashion movie, September Issue.

John Galliano, who was unable to attend that evening, was awarded Outstanding Achievement in Fashion Design, thanks to tireless contributions in creating avant-garde fashion with Wearable packaging. While the British top model Kate Moss, that night came back with a trophy London 25 Award.
